Walk, please...

Not that you are suppose to compare kids or anything...
...but Brynn and Tyler both started walking the week they turned one. And Dylan is 13, going on 14 months and we aren't even close. A few weeks ago I gave him his new goal of walking by Halloween so he could go around and get candy. We are down to 6 days and I don't think he's going to make it.

I saw this walking-teacher-helper-thingy on somebody's blog that is suppose to be better for babies than holding their hands. The next thing you know my sweet sister Katy made me one and sent it in the mail. Its pretty funny to watch/help him in it.

Come on Dylan I know you can do this! As cute as you are, you are breaking my back!!

You can do it Dylan!!! Um the first picture of him looks like the belt might actually work, but the second picture makes it look not so great!! Sorry I didnt read the instructions better and use a stronger material. Hopefully you wont need it much longer!!!

I have heard those belt thingys are supposed to be better than holding their hands. But the material does look a little feminine (but it is super cute). ;)

It looks like he is doing a lot better than the last time I saw him. Go Dylan, Go!!

Yay, Bruise! He's made a TON of progress since I last saw him. And Grrr, I see that DeeDee agrees with me about the material. =] Just don't go out in public with it.

That's a pretty cool thing! With all three of my boys, I used a rolled up bath towel the same way as that works. It did the job I guess. Good luck!
