On Thursday the kids came home from school with free tickets to the circus. I didn't even know the circus was in town?! And seeing as we are being our own little circus for Halloween (and it had been a long while since we've been to one) I knew we had to go. So we went Saturday! I have to admit it wasn't my finest picture taking event but I tried to get a few...
Everyone had their favorites - PJ liked the motorcycles in the ball, I liked the baby elephant who skipped, Brynn liked the ladies that twirled in the air, Tyler liked the Tigers, Dylan liked the rocket, and Kate, well who knows what Kate thought. She liked it, but she was also unsure and scared at times. But overall I'd say her first circus was a hit! Love that the circus rolled into town at the perfect time!

Did Diddan have on his circus pants? =} For that matter, Wynnie looked like she could have joined the twirling ladies, and Toller could have been the ring master!
wait, PJ went with you guys to the circus? Wasn't he the one putting up the stink when we wanted to all go in the spring? Guess he was just holding out for a better one cause I don't think they would have had motorcycles at the one we wanted to go to ;). Glad you guys had a good time!

Pardon me. What I meant to say was that I wasn't surprised at all that pj went to the circus. I know he loves all activities like this and wouldn't have chosen to be anywhere else. Ignore the previous comment!

How fun!! We haven't been to a circus since Jared and Madison were little (oh, I think David was a brand new baby, too) and we went with mom and dad. We need to do that again. Loved that the kids wore their costumes, more or less. Yes, it was perfect timing.
