But then, Steven's birthday was the Saturday after Thanksgiving so we got to celebrate with him! We started by getting the kids a babysitter for the majority of the day while we went to the Temple...

We even got to spend a few moments in the temple, after our session, visiting with our good friends Joe & Penny Stucki. My parents hadn't seen them in years and it was nice for them to reconnect. Then we headed off to Sweet Tomatoes for a yummy birthday lunch :)
After getting home, and resting for a bit, we dropped Steven off for a surprise massage. Then when we got home we had birthday cake.

Happy 28!

How fun!! I will admit that I'm a little disappointed by the cake. Was that store bought?!?! Kelly ...
Looks like you had fun with Uncle Steven, though. I wish he would come out and visit us!
Maybe you'll be happy to know that I loved all of the pictures! =]
Love the picture in front of the temple! And a massage...that sounds wonderful! Even though the cake wasnt homemade it looks pretty good!!!! Happy birthday to Steven!!!!
that cake looks good! Should have waited one more day before taking off I guess...:) How neat that you all got to go to the temple together. I'm reading all the other comments as I am posting this. There are high expectations in your family huh? :)
