The Hartmans mentioned that they wanted to get over to Six Flags before the big move and wondered if we would want to go with them. Want to???... How fun! Of course we wanted to! It didn't take much convincing ;) Not even for PJ surprisingly when he heard how much it would cost him. Guess he doesn't put a price tag on a fun time with great friends we are going to miss.
Saturday was the big day!
So... we got a babysitter for the three youngest rascals and left them for the day. Don't worry they had plenty of fun and consequently so did we ;) The babysitter... well I'm sure she had fun too but did mention that she hadn't changed that many diapers in her entire life ;)
We had a great time at the park with no strollers or diaper bags or bottles or trying to get little ones to take naps in strollers or leaving someone behind to watch them, etc.

Amazingly when Anya asked Brynn to go on a roller coaster she bravely said yes!...
She still didn't love it but she went. And later, was even convinced to go on another one (??!!?). But that one was an old rickety wooden one that may have done her in :{ More roller coasters may not be in her future.
The boys got to split a foot long hotdog for lunch :)

The water park was a hit for a few hours in the afternoon!
Lines weren't bad at all and the kids could even ride several rides a couple times in a row.

And after a long tiring day we headed home with worn out kids (and exhausted parents)...
...making memories is hard work. But well worth the time and investment.

Ya, her picture with PJ on the roller coaster definitely says, "didn't love it." Ha, ha.
Fun times! Those shots of Wynnie on the roller coasters are classic. I could feel her pain. She was very brave.
And seeing her drive that car took me back a few decades to when *I* was her age and did the same thing. It was a traumatic experience for me, though. Some clown (an actual clown) was in the car in front of me, and was so ticked at me because I wasn't driving fast enough for him. If only he could see me now. I'd show *him*. Hated that guy. Still do, apparently. =]
I first have to comment on mom's comment. That. is. hilarious. I'm confused as to why he would be ticked at you if he was in front of you. Wouldn't it make him made if he was behind you? I think I now understand your driving ... habits, though. ;)
Anyway, Kelly, loved the pictures. Brynn's face really does say it all. My favorite is the one of her with her hands in the hair. So funny!!
And I LOVE the picture of the boys with the hot dog. Dylan's face is great in that one.
Fun times!!
